Should you receive a product that does not meet your expectation, and you decide you would like to return it for a full refund or exchange, simply return the product within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. You should make notification to BRTC via telephone or email to document your intent to return or exchange to ensure youd on't  miss the 30 day window. Please be aware that any clothing that is worn beyond trying it on for size will not be refunded.
